Every price on this page is the complete supply-and-install package above. Advertised packages elsewhere can exclude excavation, crane hire, council approvals, coping or the installation itself — a quote that excludes four smaller items can be $8,000 lower before any difference in the pool. A special is only worth waiting for if it offers these same inclusions at a lower price, and weekly-repayment advertising that states neither the loan term nor the rate can't be compared at all — our finance runs through Handypay at a comparison rate of 7.19% p.a., with rates from 6.57%.

The rates behind those site-conditional lines
The pool, filtration, light, coping, approvals and warranties are fixed for each model. What moves between quotes is the site — these are the quoted rates for the lines that access, slope, easements and services can add.

Porcelain is the included coping. Category 1 and Category 2 natural stone, and alternative paver lay patterns, are priced upgrades.

How much does a pool cost in Brisbane?
The price table above lists the installed price for each pool, and every pool includes the same items. Additional site costs in Brisbane depend on access width, spoil cart distance, crane reach and street traffic-control requirements.
Do you need council approval for a pool in QLD?
Yes. We manage the required council permits and applications and provide certified engineering. This work is included in the installed price as a fixed pre-construction fee of $1,855.38.
What is the most expensive part of installing a pool?
It varies by site. Excavation and lifting are priced separately because site conditions differ; the pool, filtration, LED light, coping, approvals and warranties are fixed for each model. Crane upgrades range from $2,097.90 for a 0–15 m lift to $4,475.52 for a 36–48 m lift (the crane allowance already on the quote credits back against the upgrade), and traffic control from $2,237.76 to $7,412.59. Rock is charged per cubic metre if found.
