Fantastic experience and such an amazing team!I honestly can’t thank MFP Easy Fibreglass Pool Company enough. From the very beginning, even before we had bought a house, the team (especially the person behind their social media) went above and beyond. I reached out via Instagram and got an immediate response every time. They knew we didn’t even have a house yet, but still took the time to help us with dial-before-you-dig checks and even helped us figure out whether we could build a pool at different properties before we put offers in. That level of support was incredible.Once we secured our home, we had them come out and Les did his thing – super knowledgeable and easy to deal with. After receiving the quote, they were so flexible and accommodating with any changes we wanted to make (even when we changed things more than once!).A big shoutout to all the workers involved from the digging crew to the concreters, tilers, and everyone involved in the installation. Every single person was respectful, polite, and friendly, and they left everything clean and tidy. The whole process felt easy and stress-free.Overall, such a great experience from start to finish. Fantastic outcome and an amazing team!I am very satisfied with our new pool from MFP Easy and would absolutely use them again. The initial sales experience was amazing Les was genuine and took the time to explain everything in detail.A huge thank you to Alex, who was an excellent lead manager. The digging team were incredibly tidy and efficient. The guy on the bobcat, along with the two kiwi blokes who did the shell install, were also awesome.There were some hiccups with the concreters, I wasn't overly impressed with their work it was rushed. Tammy, the project manager, has to be one of the best in the building industry with her communication, attention to detail and honesty absolutely outstanding, what an asset to a business, Tammy definitely deserves a pay rise!Overall, a big thanks to Les, Tammy, and Alex. We wouldn’t use anyone else to build us a pool next time, I will be back and I will use MFP Easy again next time !!

Highly recommend MFP Fibreglass Pools! We had the 8x4 Valentina installed last year and, although there were a few hurdles along the way, the team did an awesome job addressing any issues that came up. They were fast, transparent, and very responsive.When our pump had a fault under warranty, they organised the fix within days with no hassle. Their customer service and willingness to stand by their work really stood out.The end result speaks for itself — we absolutely love the pool and couldn’t be happier.
