"Sadly we are unable to use MFP Easy as our property is not suitable for a fibreglass pool, BUT the service from Les was amazing nonetheless. He walked me through the process, identified the issues that meant fibreglass wouldn't work for us (due to a terraced site and the need for the pool to be largely above ground), and was only too happy to give advice and recommendations for our situation, despite me not being a paying customer.
