What the footage shows

The video opens on a title card over pool water announcing the 2025 regional gold award, then cuts to a drone shot captioned Highvale Oasis: a dark-roofed acreage home with the pool set alongside a covered alfresco, bushland and hills behind. Ground-level shots work around the water, taking in a black cantilever umbrella over the paved surround, the pale grey coping and the seating ledge sitting just under the surface. A closed umbrella and a rainwater tank frame the far end. An overhead shot shows the corner entry step and the ledge running the length of one side, and the closing aerials carry the SPASA badge before the logo card.
