What size pool is best for a family of four?
A 6–7 metre pool is the sweet spot for most families — room for two adults and two kids to swim at the same time, with a footprint that still leaves lawn and entertaining space on a standard suburban block.
Can you swim laps in a 7 metre pool?
You can exercise seriously in one — but for continuous lap swimming most people want 8 metres or more. If laps are the priority, look at our lap pool range.
Do fibreglass pools need council approval in Queensland?
Yes — any pool deeper than 300mm requires approval and compliant fencing in QLD. We handle the council paperwork, engineering and certification as part of every installation.
