Free Site Visit
1–2 hours. We come to you. Measure the yard, assess access and soil, discuss your vision, give transparent pricing on the spot. No pushy sales.
3D Design & Render
We create a 3D render of your pool in your actual backyard — colours, positioning, size — before you commit to anything.
Contract & Deposit
Your contract covers every detail: pool model, colour, inclusions, timeline, price. No hidden extras added later.
Pre-Start Site Visit
This is what most builders skip. A 1.5–2 hour visit with our Construction Manager before excavation starts. Every measurement checked, every detail planned. This is why our builds run on time.
Council & Approvals
We handle all DA/CDC applications, engineering certs, barrier compliance, and council liaison. You receive copies of everything. Typically 2–4 weeks.
Excavation Day
Our licensed team digs to exact specification. Water goes into your pool the same day — industry-leading efficiency.
Pool Installation
Your Graphene Nano-Tech shell is craned into position in a single day. Plumbing, filtration, and electrical all connected.
Concrete & Paving
This is where it comes to life. Category 1 stone pavers included as standard, plus a second row at the deep end.
3 Cleans + Handover
Two cleans during construction, one at handover. Full Pool School session covering equipment, water chemistry, and maintenance. You leave knowing exactly how to run your pool.
First Swim
Pool filled, water balanced, you're in. Our service team proactively checks in at 30 days.
