What the footage shows

A title card over rippling water opens the montage. Captioned stills follow: a flat lawn edged with a mulched garden bed, and the two-storey home behind it, before any work starts.

A truck with a crane arm parks on the street carrying the crated shell. Under the carport a mini excavator is unloaded, and the first cut opens up red clay across the yard.

The excavator trims the hole while a worker sets levels. The shell lifts off the truck on chains, hangs against the sky, then comes down between the topiary hedge and the fence.

Stills pick up the finished surround: pale pavers, a white louvred cabana at the far end, then frameless glass panels replacing the temporary site fence.

Late light. A sheer descent sheets off a stone-clad wall into the pool, filmed close and then wide with the cabana lit behind it.

After dark the pool glows from below, spherical garden lights come on across the lawn, and a final overhead frames the whole yard before the logo card.
