What the footage shows

The video is all finished footage. A drone opens over an acreage block with hills on the horizon, the pool set into a grey deck beside a white gabled pavilion and a single-storey home. An overhead pass shows the pale coping band and the deck running out to the fence. At water level the seating ledge reads as a shelf just under the surface, and a close shot picks up the textured treads on the entry steps. Ground-level angles work around the pool towards the house, the umbrella and the lounges, then back out to trees and hills. A second overhead frames the step and the ledge together, and the closing aerials pull back over the sandstone retaining wall to take in the whole property.
