Kensington & Spa Silver Mist — Fibreglass Pool Video Tour

What the footage shows
Warren Druhan opens beside the finished pool and calls this the biggest job the team has taken on. Drone shots pass over the 1855 homestead while an excavator is unloaded onto the front lawn.
A concrete truck feeds a formed footing and a block retaining wall goes up along the cut. A tipper is loaded and driven off while Warren explains why the planning made the job worth taking.
The shell swings in on a blue crane above the open ground, the homestead in shot behind it. Ash, the construction manager, talks through the site visit, the approval wait and the four-week target.
An agitator truck arrives and concrete is pumped and spread around the shell. Crews screed the surround and lay pavers chosen, Ash says, so the pool area would not read as modern against the house.
A phone appears in close-up, running the pool's control app at 26.5 degrees. Ash, on camera by the water, shows the water features and spa jets starting from it.
Warren closes on the result. Overhead shots take in the whole estate, then the spa spillways, the shaded day beds and a last dusk pass with the pool lit blue.
